Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.

- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on healthcare industry trends and customer service best practices.
- Use problem-solving skills to identify and address customer concerns effectively.
- Work independently in a remote setting managing time efficiently to meet service level agreements.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service and healthcare.
- Contribute to team goals by sharing insights and feedback for process improvements.
- Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality service that positively impacts customer satisfaction.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare call center environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Show ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Have a deep understanding of healthcare processes and terminology.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills.
- Be willing to work night shifts as required by the role.
