- New patient enrollment
- Answer phone calls from patients
- Schedule/Reschedule patient appointments
- Respond to patient emails and texts
- Manage EMR
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)

- Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
- Organized and detail-oriented
