What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) - must have
  • Recruiting experience is not required - we will provide full training
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, emails, and messages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel/Google Sheets, and general computer applications
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using job boards such as Indeed or ZipRecruiter
  • Background in administrative support, HR, or customer service
  • Basic understanding of recruitment workflows (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
  • Experience collaborating with U.S.-based clients or teams

What will you do?

  • Support the HR and Recruiting team in managing candidate pipelines and tracking applicant progress for blue-collar and field-based positions
  • Post, update, and monitor job openings on platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings in both English and Spanish to assess qualifications, interest, and availability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews via Outlook Calendar, ensuring all details and confirmations are accurately shared
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and updates within Asana and shared spreadsheets to track candidate status
  • Communicate promptly with candidates through calls, emails, and text messages to confirm appointments and provide updates
  • Assist with onboarding coordination, including background checks, document collection, and orientation scheduling for new hires
  • Provide a professional and positive experience to every applicant, representing the company’s values and culture
  • Collaborate closely with the Recruiting Manager to report on candidate flow, hiring challenges, and recruitment trends
