Stay updated on industry trends to enhance service offerings
Train and mentor staff to provide top-notch customer experiences
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in spa management or related field
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for promoting health, wellness, and relaxation among clients
