Your role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Specialist to lead and coordinate sourcing operations for the Host entity. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, execution of strategic sourcing plans aligned with country, regional, and global directives, and active management of supplier engagement and negotiations. The successful candidate will ensure the timely delivery of goods and services and oversee procurement activities across all Direct category purchases.

Main Responsibilities

Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Clarify RFQ requirements and ensure sourcing compliance with company policies and local laws.
• Conduct fair supplier evaluations, uphold transparency, and follow ethical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Track sourcing metrics, manage escalations, and handle procurement transactions (e.g., PR to PO).
• Oversee supplier onboarding, data updates, performance monitoring, and audits as needed.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve issues promptly.
  
  

A Portrait of a Perfect Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in sourcing or procurement; manufacturing background preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export, logistics, and supply chain functions is a plus.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Effective communicator and team collaborator.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with finance, contracts, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English and local language.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and works well under pressure.
