Job Summary:

The Sourcing Analyst will provide essential support to the Sourcing team and ensure a smooth

and efficient sourcing process. This role involves communicating with candidates, maintaining

recruitment systems, and assisting with sourcing candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email, phone, and social media.
• Assist with tracking and analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for
  
  
  

improvement.

• Perform market research to identify trends and insights related to talent availability,
  
  
  

competitor hiring activities, and industry developments.

• Maintain and update sourcing trackers with accurate candidate information.
• Promote the company’s employer brand through effective communication and
  
  
  

engagement with potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  
  
  

preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in Human Resources
  
  
  

or recruitment, is advantageous.
