POSITION SUMMARY:

The position will provide an effective sourcing and administrative process to support the Talent Acquisition Partners in SEA/Southeast Asia primarily Philippines. This role will manage talent attraction strategies specifically leads generation, on and off campus partnerships and will drive recruitment marketing/employer branding initiatives across Asia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide constant and consistent support to the Asia Talent Acquisition Team and HR Leaders to identify, connect, and engage with A level talent.
  • Become the sourcing guru, master and lead the talent search efforts using a variety of tools and methods (career site, job boards, and social media) including sifting and reviewing of resumes.
  • Responsible in the management of Global ATS and across all job portals including vendor management and negotiations.
  • Primary responsible in promoting employer branding across all marketing engagement activities and liaises with global and regional marketing team to synchronize efforts in company brand campaign across online and social media platforms.
  • Lead offsite recruitment activities like career and job fairs including campus events.
  • Talent Pool Management - in charge of leads talent generations and develop, implement, and maintain talent pipelines for key roles in the region.
  • Share Market Intelligence data - be the eyes and ears of the candidate market and provide advice for the Central Talent Acquisition Team and HR Leaders.
  • Act as a substitute TA Partner in cases where the primary recruiter/TA Partner is unavailable.
  • Supervise and manage TA interns across active and passive sourcing activities.
  • Offer administrative support to the Central Talent Acquisition team and HR Leaders on recruitment related matters.
  • Process expertise, process improvement support and team training support; Make sure that all process documents are complete and updated regularly.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science and other related courses.
  • Must have 5+ years of Sourcing / Talent Acquisition experience within a professional services sector or similar recruitment environment (Agency, Headhunting or In-House), ideally with volume recruitment experience within APAC.
  • Experience in sourcing for Data Center or IT Infrastructure is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages with advanced Excel Skills; SharePoint, Canva knowledge will be a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems such as: ATS/CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to consistently maintain a high activity/productivity level.
  • Amenable to work full onsite (Megatower, Ortigas Center)
