The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Recruiting team is seeking a customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter who is interested to work with a team of Builders and have a penchant for innovation. You will successfully manage, prioritize and close multiple requisitions against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize and meet or exceed target expectations to delight the customers. You will partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business lines to create customized hiring strategies for addressable talent pools and market conditions. In addition to end to end recruitment responsibilities across multiple hiring requests concurrently, you will work on both tactical and strategic projects to continuously innovate for our customers. - Experience managing and prioritizing recruitment and client relationships.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, candidate management, and diversity sourcing.
- CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
