Key Responsibilities

• Optimize procurement spend across Customs Brokerage, mid-mile, and last-mile Transportation.
• Lead procurement projects using the Six Sourcing Steps, covering diverse procurement areas within assigned regions.
• Collaborate with the global procurement community and stakeholders as needed.
• Develop and manage frameworks for contract logistics and real estate procurement to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and top-tier supplier performance.
• Conduct supplier market analysis and organize market intelligence to benchmark costs and maintain cost leadership.
• Build strong supplier relationships to enhance supply chain value.
• Handle escalations related to disputes and issue resolution.
• Expect occasional travel.
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

We seek a resilient, goal-oriented team player with minimal supervision capability and the following:

• Strong procurement experience; expertise in landside transportation is an advantage.
• Proven skills in Supplier Relationship Management, supply chain, and Contract Management.
• Familiarity with digital procurement tools is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, agile environment.
• Customer and process improvement mindset.
• Market knowledge in landside transportation, logistics, cold chain, or contract logistics in Philippines.
• Experience leading complex sourcing projects.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and compliance standards.
