What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
As a Talent Acquisition Associate – Sourcing, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building a pipeline of qualified candidates to support the organization’s hiring needs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, talent pools, and databases to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to refine sourcing techniques and maintain a competitive edge.
- Generate and analyze reports to assess the effectiveness of sourcing efforts and optimize hiring strategies.
- Track sourcing metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with business needs and ensure a smooth transition from sourcing to recruitment.
- Use various sourcing methods, including online databases, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and job fit.
- Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and social media to gauge interest and availability.
- Assist with interview scheduling and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and support administrative recruitment tasks as needed.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
- With Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field (or equivalent experience).
- With at least 2 years of Recruitment experience in Talent Sourcing.
- Deep understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to develop strategic sourcing initiatives that align with the company's hiring goals.
- Ability to analyze sourcing data and generate reports to measure sourcing effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple tasks at once.
