As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition / Sourcer, you will:
- Handle a high volume of telephone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, while continuously improving through feedback.
- Source and reach out to applicants (High Volume)
Non-negotiables
- Previous recruiting experience. (3-5 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Ability to communicate well in English)
- Knowledge of ATS platforms.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good phone etiquette
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a collaborative attitude.
- Handled the End-to-End process of Recruitment
