The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Solution Architect-Testing Systems to join our team in Manila. As a Solution Architerct-Testing Systems, your role involves analyzing and assessing business processes and system landscapes, designing and optimizing testing systems, and coordinating technical implementations. It requires identifying dependencies, selecting new technologies strategically, and transferring knowledge on current and future technologies. Additionally, the role includes conducting feasibility analyses, implementing proof-of-concepts, and guiding teams during development and deployment.

Job Responsibilities

• You will conduct demand analysis and assessment of business processes and the system landscape
• You will be drafting, designing, planning, optimization of our Testing systems and the respective integration
• You will design new or incrementally improve existing applications
• You will be doing coordination of technical implementation in Testing systems projects
• You will be identifying dependencies between system, infrastructure and projects towards competing demands
• You will be strategic in selection of new technologies according to the business architecture
• You will sctively provide transfer of knowledge on current / future technologies, as well as conducting cost/benefit analysis of tools through evaluation of future IT solutions to determine best-balanced and integrated solutions
• You will review the state-of-the-art awareness of information technology strategies by attending technical sessions, extensive research, and developing a network of industry contacts
• You will conduct demand and feasibility analysis and implement proof-of-concepts
• You will be hands on in implementing proposed solutions and be able to technically guide extended teams during development and deployment of solution.

Job Requirements

• You must have a Bachelors degree or similar qualifications with relevant work experience (preferably in IT, Engineering e.g.)
• You must have an experience in documentation and development of acceptance criteria and demand analysis
• You must have a profound skills in modelling of distributed software architecture (methods, design pattern, visualization and documentation
• You must have a deeper knowledge of agile software development and project life cycles
• You must have an experience with one of the following technologies would be a plus: Github, Cloud, Agile, Low-Code, AI/ML
• You must have an experience with coding and development using Java is desired but not required
• You must be fmailiar with database technologies like Oracle, MySQL, SQLServer
• If you have knowledge with ETL tools like Talend, Hadoop and the like, it will be a major advantage
