Software Development Lead

Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will oversee the development and configuration of software systems using Oracle Primavera Unifier. Your typical day will involve leading the team, applying your expertise in technology, and supporting clients with innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in developing and configuring software systems - Implement methodologies and processes to support project objectives - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier - Strong understanding of software development methodologies - Experience in leading software development projects - Knowledge of technologies and tools for software configuration - Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier - This position is based at our Manila office.
