Software Development Engineer

Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that include analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of features, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall improvement of the software development process. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing applications, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Participate in the testing process to identify and resolve defects before deployment. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development practices. - Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and user experience best practices. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. - Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure code quality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular. - This position is based at our Manila office.
