Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve utilizing your exceptional communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of our world-class systems. You will be dedicated to quality, accurately defining client issues, and leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions. Your role will require collaboration with various teams to maintain high standards of service and support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure adherence to best practices.
Act as a point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required.
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Software Configuration Management (SCM).
Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Server Operating Systems x86, Workplace Technology Solutions.
Strong understanding of version control systems and their implementation.
Experience in automating software deployment processes.
Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software configuration issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Software Configuration Management (SCM).
This position is based at our Manila office.
