Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder (4-year course) in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience in social media management and/or graphic design.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and digital layout principles.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus (for reels/stories).
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and schedule daily content (images, videos, stories, reels).
- Design layouts for promotional materials, digital ads, and social posts using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Maintain visual consistency in brand assets across all social channels.
- Monitor trends, performance analytics, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for campaign alignment.
- Produce quick-turnaround layouts for events, announcements, or product launches.
