Job Responsibilities

Initial Supporting Responsibility:

  • Perform comprehensive testing of platform features to ensure quality and functionality.

Main Responsibilities (overseeing content strategy within platform operations; not directly executing tasks)

  • Indirectly manage and maintain social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) using basic to intermediate video editing tools.
  • Draft compelling and creative copy for social media posts.
  • Indirectly assist in executing social media campaigns to drive user engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor trends and provide content suggestions relevant to the target audience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Reels video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
  • Proficiency in creative image editing for social media posts using tools such as AI-based design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).
  • Portfolio of past content, videos, or links to managed social media pages is required.
  • 1+ year of experience in social media content creation or operations.
  • Strong copywriting skills in English, Tagalog, and Taglish.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
