The Influencer Marketing Officer contributes to the creation of a strong BPI brand that will be the foundation for a differentiated brand imagery that delights customers, delivered in identified points of presence, whether online or offline, consistent & conforming to standards (i.e. architecture, tonality, personality, formats/layouts) in a highly digitised world. Creating value (i.e. brand properties – impact, economy) for the bank.

The Influencer Marketing Officer executes the bank’s social media channel, content, engagement, and growth strategies. The role ensures the delivery of the various social media campaign requirements of Segments, Products, and Channels groups.

The role also manages all Influencer Marketing activities and requirements of the bank as well as the social listening requirements of his/her platform.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the execution bank’s social media content, channel, and engagement strategies across all the bank’s owned social media platforms.
  • Manages the execution implementation of the bank’s influencer marketing strategies by liaising between SPC’s and partner agencies for the execution of the bank’s influencer marketing strategies.
  • Manages the creation of engaging and shareable content for brand building and to support the campaign objectives of the Segments, Products, and Channel groups.
  • Manages the implementation of projects that use the bank’s owned social media assets. This includes liaising with Partner Agencies and the various Segments, Products, and Channel groups.
  • Regularly monitors and reports social media data to capture social media insights and identify opportunities and trends that can benefit the brand.
  • Implements controls and executes the various bank policies and guidelines affecting social media.
  • Performs other duties related to the function or as assigned by the Head of DMAP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media and marketing communications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media management (both digital and traditional)
