About the Role

We are building a multi-channel content engine across a fast-growing bootcamp brand (primary) and the founder’s personal brand (secondary). Both have aggressive growth goals.

 

We need a Social Media Manager who is:

  • Systems-driven — you build processes, not chaos. Everything has a workflow, a structure, a metric.
  • Modern AI-native — fluent in the latest AI tools for editing, design, analytics, and workflow automation.
  • Detail-obsessed — nothing slips past you. You notice and fix errors before anyone else does.
  • Fast and responsive — you keep up with a founder who moves quickly and expects the same.
  • Collaborative but autonomous — you’ll own systems, data, and results while working in tight, iterative cycles with the founder and editors.

 

This is not a “post and hope” role. It’s a full-stack position covering strategy, execution, and constant optimization.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop platform strategies (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Twitter/X, and emerging channels).
  • Build content calendars, workflows, and repeatable systems to scale output.
  • Content Management & Creation
  • Manage daily posting, repurposing, and scheduling across multiple accounts.
  • Collaborate with video editors and designers; handle polish and precision work in Photoshop/Canva when needed.
  • Use AI (LLMs, image/video generation/editing, analytics tools) to accelerate production.
  • Systems & Optimization
  • Set up and refine content pipelines inside ClickUp (or similar) — calendars, approvals, analytics dashboards.
  • Continuously improve systems for speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Analytics & Growth
  • Track followers, impressions, engagement, conversions.
  • Run experiments and optimize based on data.
  • Deliver clear weekly reporting and insights.
  • Community & Responsiveness
  • Engage with comments and surface opportunities in real time.
  • Spot trends early and adapt content accordingly.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 3–5+ years managing social accounts with proven growth and measurable results.
  • Tools:
  • Photoshop (non-negotiable for polish and precision).
  • AI-native skillset (beyond GPT — you should know and use cutting-edge AI for video, audio, image, captions, analytics).
  • ClickUp (or similar project/ops tools) for system design and workflow tracking.
  • Platform-native analytics and scheduling tools.
  • Skills & Mindset:
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Relentlessly organized and structured.
  • Comfortable with speed, iteration, and high expectations.
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute.
Success Looks Like
  • Consistent, high-output content across all accounts without loss of quality.
  • Measurable growth in reach, engagement, and leads.
  • Systems and dashboards that reduce friction and scale with growth.
  • Clear reporting and insights that drive decisions.

Role Details

  • Position: Full-time, remote.
  • Hours: Flexible, but must overlap with core founder hours and remain responsive.
  • Reports to: Founder (direct, collaborative relationship).

This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-velocity, AI-first environment and wants to build systems that scale real brands, fast.
