- Experience in creating social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented, with a knack for multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
- Aptitude for crafting engaging content.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passion for storytelling, photography, design, or a related field is a plus.
- Great Communication Skills.
- Analyze and develop social media campaigns
- Define key performance indicators and KRAs for social media campaigns
- Update social media content across all channels
- Engage with clients, applicants, and followers
- Adept in using social media marketing tools
- Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
- Collaborate across teams to determine and solve campaign objectives
- Promote company offerings to reach new audiences
- Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter
- Aid with the visual design of promotional materials
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
- Create and develop engaging content
- Keep an eye on social media trends
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including the executives
