Responsibilities:
- Create, curate and publish high-quality content on various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and target audience
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and use this knowledge to improve social media presence and campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and coordinate social media campaigns and promotions
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics (such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI) and use this data to optimize future campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other relevant stakeholders
- At least one year of experience managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a portfolio of engaging content
- Experience working in start-ups or fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive under changing priorities.
- Skilled in Canva and CapCut for creating eye-catching visuals and videos.
- Strong communicator who connects well with followers and engages thoughtfully.
- Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, with a strategic approach to aligning content with brand goals.
- Experience analyzing metrics like reach, engagement, and ROI to improve campaigns.
- Works well with teams to plan and execute social media promotions and campaigns.
- Organized and able to manage multiple platforms efficiently.
- Creative, with an eye for consistent, high-quality visuals.
- Familiarity with mom-focused brands or personal experience as a mom is a plus.
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid work set-up (Makati office)
