Responsibilities:

  • Create, curate and publish high-quality content on various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and target audience
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and use this knowledge to improve social media presence and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and coordinate social media campaigns and promotions
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics (such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI) and use this data to optimize future campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other relevant stakeholders


Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a portfolio of engaging content
  • Experience working in start-ups or fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive under changing priorities.
  • Skilled in Canva and CapCut for creating eye-catching visuals and videos.
  • Strong communicator who connects well with followers and engages thoughtfully.
  • Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, with a strategic approach to aligning content with brand goals.
  • Experience analyzing metrics like reach, engagement, and ROI to improve campaigns.
  • Works well with teams to plan and execute social media promotions and campaigns.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple platforms efficiently.
  • Creative, with an eye for consistent, high-quality visuals.
  • Familiarity with mom-focused brands or personal experience as a mom is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid work set-up (Makati office)
