About This Role:

We seek a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media efforts. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, manage community interactions, and execute influencer collaborations. You will oversee the development of monthly marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and help grow our brand's organic reach. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 1-2 major marketing campaign concepts per month, including mood boards and clear art directives.
  • Create and collaborate on 5 image assets per campaign with the copywriter and photographer.
  • Post daily images or videos aligned with the company’s internal content calendar.
  • Schedule content at least 2 weeks in advance using a content pillars calendar approach.
  • Monitor and engage with brand mentions, repost relevant content to stories.
  • Coordinate with influencers to create 4 collab posts per month that align with the content calendar.
  • Review and analyze social media metrics to adapt and optimize content strategies for increasing organic reach.
  • Maintain and manage the Insiders Facebook group, posting twice a week and engaging the community for product ideas and feedback.
  • Respond to, hide, or refer comments on ads and organic posts, representing the brand’s voice.
  • Identify and manage influencer outreach, handle seeding activities, and develop scalable workflows for affiliate programs.


Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
  • Airtable for tracking and management
  • Analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics)
  • Content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer)
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite for basic image editing


Qualifications:

  • Must be a Filipino citizen.
  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of organic social media strategies and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing community engagement.
  • Proficient in social media management and content scheduling tools.
  • Experience with affiliate and seeding programs is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns.


Shift Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, working hours during US PST
