Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and digitally savvy Social Media Listening & Engagement Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be the eyes and ears of our brand across social media platforms. You’ll monitor social conversations, identify trends and sentiment, notify the team of reviews and mentions, and make note of conversations to engage with our online community to strengthen brand reputation and foster meaningful connections.
This role requires attention to detail, project management skills, and is part of a close-knit Global Rescue marketing team that spans the United States, Puerto Rico, the Philippines and Pakistan.

Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Monitor social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, etc.) and forums for brand mentions, reviews, customer comments, and emerging conversations.
- Draft responses to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
- Identify opportunities for engagement and community building through relevant, real-time interaction.
- Track trends, sentiment, and potential PR risks or opportunities within social conversations.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and customer support teams.
- Maintain awareness of competitor conversations and industry trends through social listening tools.
- Provide general marketing support to the team and assist with various projects as needed
- Experience in social media monitoring, engagement, community management, or online reputation management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Strong attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a knack for real-time engagement.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting best practices.
