Your Role:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to promote products, new arrivals, and company news.
• Develop and send mass email campaigns to wholesale customers highlighting promotions, stock updates, and seasonal collections.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media promptly and professionally.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, click-throughs, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing content with current stock and promotions.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and competitor activity.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn business tools.
• Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
• Basic graphic design and photo editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
