We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and highly engaged Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is crucial in enhancing brand visibility, fostering community engagement, and supporting a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms. Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Growth

● Actively engage with our social media community in real time across Instagram,

TikTok, and more.

● Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand, and engaging

manner.

● Build relationships with customers, influencers, and brand fans to foster brand

love and loyalty.

● Identify and track user-generated content (UGC) for potential brand features.

● Proactively engage in relevant skincare, beauty, and lifestyle conversations

outside of our owned channels to introduce the brand to new audiences.

● Engage with like-minded brands, influencers, and trending topics to organically

increase brand visibility and potential new user acquisition.

● Partner with marketing teams to provide accurate and helpful skincare

responses.

● Escalate any community concerns or potential brand risks in a timely and

strategic manner.

● Ensure responses align with brand voice, tone, and values.


Real-Time Engagement & Trend Spotting

● Stay ahead of viral trends, pop culture, and beauty conversations to maximize

brand visibility.

● Monitor competitor conversations and industry buzz to identify engagement

opportunities.

● Provide real-time insights on what’s resonating with our audience and social

trends worth tapping into.


Content Calendar Support

● Collaborate with the social and brand teams to support the social content

calendar with timely ideas and community-driven moments.

● Assist in writing engaging, on-brand captions that align with our voice, product

messaging, and seasonal storytelling.


What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must have...

● 2-4 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital

marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.

● Deep knowledge of social media trends, beauty culture, and skincare

conversations.

● Strong copywriting and brand voice skills, with the ability to adapt tone based on

context.

● A pulse on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms—you’re always in the

know.

● Ability to multitask and manage real-time interactions across multiple platforms.

● A data-driven mindset with the ability to track engagement trends and report on

community sentiment.

● Must be able to work US time zones, regardless of location.
