We are a global company helping independent hotels increase direct bookings through education, hosting, WordPress support, and digital strategy. Our clients are passionate hoteliers who want to stand out online and reduce their dependency on OTAs.

We offer a powerful mix of online courses, live coaching webinars, and hands-on support - and now we're looking for a Social Media Coach & Content Advisor to help hotels grow their brand and bookings through platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

The Role

As our Social Media Coach, you will guide hotel owners and marketers in building engaging, authentic, and effective social media strategies. Youll focus on Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video, helping clients improve visibility, attract more direct traffic, and ultimately convert followers into bookers.

You'll also host live group webinars and provide 1-on-1 guidance when needed, offering both strategic advice and practical how-to support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach hotel clients how to create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels
  • Host live webinars and small-group training sessions focused on organic social growth
  • Review client content and offer feedback on visuals, captions, tone, and strategy
  • Provide practical tips on hashtags, trends, scheduling, and content planning
  • Advise on photo and video best practices - even using just a phone
  • Create templates, guides, and checklists to help clients grow confidently
  • Collaborate with the content team to translate trends into actionable hotel strategies
  • Stay updated on social platform changes and translate those insights into client guidance


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in social media strategy, content creation, or coaching
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends
  • Confident on camera and able to host live training sessions and Q&As
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience working with brands or small businesses (hospitality a plus)
  • A strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand storytelling
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Later, CapCut, or Instagram Insights


Preferred (but Not Required)

  • Experience working with hotel, travel, or tourism-related accounts
  • Familiarity with influencer collaboration strategies
  • Comfort offering feedback on visuals, bios, link-in-bio tools, and profiles
  • Basic knowledge of how social media supports direct bookings or funnels
