We're seeking a skilled Social Media & Administrative Coordinator to drive our social media growth while managing essential administrative functions. This role combines digital marketing expertise with healthcare administrative support, requiring someone who can manage social media campaigns effectively while maintaining strong professional boundaries and organizational excellence.
The Impact you’ll make
Social Media Management
- Design and execute paid social media campaigns
- Manage ad budgets and targeting
- Track ROI and campaign metrics
- Create and schedule content calendar
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all content
- Monitor and report on campaign performance
- Manage professional email communications
- Coordinate calendars and scheduling
- Process time-sensitive requests during business hours
- Maintain organized documentation
- Support practice operations
- Handle appointment coordination
- Develop comprehensive content strategies
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics
- Create engaging healthcare-compliant content
- Track engagement and growth metrics
- Propose data-driven improvements
- Manage the practice's online presence
- Draft professional correspondence
- Maintain an organized inbox
- Ensure timely responses within business hours
- Handle sensitive patient information
- Coordinate with the medical team
- Document all communications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of social media campaign management
- Experience with healthcare communications preferred
- Proven track record in paid social advertising
- Strong administrative coordination background
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Experience with medical office operations a plus
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
