Qualifications
- Educational Attainment:
- Graduate of a 2-year vocational course related to Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics or Undergraduate/Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
- Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong attention to detail; able to quickly identify issues and implement solutions.
- Skilled in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring and control systems.
- Capable of working efficiently with or without supervision.
- Knowledgeable in basic industrial motor control.
- Computer literate with strong written communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Experience in SMT machine programming and maintenance, preferably Panasonic brand.
- 2–3 years of experience in a PCB Assembly Manufacturing Environment.
- Other Requirements:
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Hardworking, dedicated, and reliable.
