Small Teams - Bookkeeper | Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable for Pooling

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable expertise to join our growing team at ClearSource.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Daily bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
• Managing Accounts Receivable: invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups
• Handling Accounts Payable: vendor invoices, approvals, and on-time payments
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Supporting month-end closings and financial reporting
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy
• Assisting with audits and implementing best practices for financial processes
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• We’re hiring for a range of experience levels—entry through senior for future client projects
• Experience in bookkeeping and AR/AP roles
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
