The Skin Sales Consultant is responsible for providing expert product knowledge and personalized skincare consultations to clients. This role focuses on driving retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic treatments by understanding client needs, recommending suitable products, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Sales
- Greet clients warmly and establish rapport to understand their skincare concerns andgoals.
- Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare products and aesthetic treatments.
- Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and potential results clearly to clients.
- Achieve individual and clinic retail sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling. Handle client inquiries, objections, and follow-up communications professionally.
- Product Knowledge & Inventory : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all skincare products, treatment protocols, and industry trends.
- Assist in product merchandising and inventory management to ensure availability and

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and
- Encourage client participation in promotions, loyalty programs, and referrals.
- Document client interactions, preferences, and feedback accurately in the CRM
Team Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with aestheticians, doctors, and clinic staff to coordinate client care.
- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional clinic environment.
- Sales performance (daily/monthly targets)
