What You'll Do
Identify and evaluate potential sites for expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop site plans.
Build relationships with local stakeholders and government agencies.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
Prepare detailed reports on site performance and recommendations.
Manage timelines and budgets for site development projects.
Monitor industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or site development.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
