Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the site's team, including supervisors, department heads, and other employees
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Develop and implement long-term strategies and goals for the site that align with the organization's overall objectives, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Monitor and evaluate the site's performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed to achieve targets and improve efficiency
• Identify and nurture talent within the team, provide training and development opportunities, and foster a positive work culture that encourages growth and teamwork
• Manage the site's billable hours and monitor site engagement funds
• Serve as a liaison between the site and upper management, providing regular updates and reporting on site activities, progress, and challenges
• Be prepared to handle emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise at the site

Requirements

• At least 3 years of industry experience in a similar role (3 years site management experience)
• Minimum bachelor's degree in business or other applicable field of expertise
• Experience in building highly functional, high-performing teams
• Proven financial experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Experience managing financial aspects of site operations, such as billable hours and engagement funds
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise between site staff and upper management
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle emergencies and unexpected situations efficiently
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating performance against KPIs and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Ability to foster a positive work culture that encourages growth, teamwork, and high performance
