Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries, issues, and requests from customers. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and improve their overall experience. This position typically involves interacting with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, or chat, and offering support for a wide range of products or services.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who are High School Graduates or Senior High School Graduates (with a diploma or certificate). The ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to navigate basic web applications, and a willingness to work holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours. While no prior work experience is required, candidates must be immediately available and eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment.
