Why this role exists
We're seeking a Short-Form Content Specialist to spearhead our client's social media presence and drive brand awareness through engaging video content. This role is crucial in translating complex B2B technology into digestible, trend-aware content that resonates with both business and consumer audiences. The position exists to build and maintain a strong social media presence that showcases the platform's capabilities while driving user engagement and acquisition.

The Impact you’ll make

Content Creation

• Create compelling short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, & YouTube Shorts


• Repurpose existing content for short-form social media platforms


• Convey the brand and company voice in all content

Social Media Strategy

• Execute a content calendar


• Engage across all social channels with users and followers


• Develop and execute B2B/B2C strategy for reaching potential customers

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other teams to develop graphics and short videos


• Build relationships across platforms


• Execute social media strategies independently

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, video creation, or similar roles at a SaaS company (preferably a startup)


• Experience in short-form content creation on TikTok, IG Reels, or YouTube Shorts


• Demonstrated growth of social channels, engagement, and following


• Experience in audio and video production


• Proven process for developing and executing content calendars
