Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytically-minded Shopify/Developer Webmaster to join our growing marketing and digital team. This role is critical to supporting our digital ads manager and driving website performance through A/B testing, conversion optimization, and SEO-driven content integration.

The ideal candidate is a Shopify expert who thrives on improving performance metrics, implementing technical solutions, and collaborating closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure the website is optimized for traffic, conversions, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our Shopify websites to ensure maximum functionality and performance.
  • Lead A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives, working closely with the digital ads manager.
  • Implement and manage Shopify plugins, extensions, and integrations to support e-commerce functionality.
  • Add and maintain new product listings, ensuring seamless integration with ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate and publish SEO-driven content.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, bounce rates, and conversion data to guide optimization strategies.
  • Ensure smooth technical setup for cross-channel integrations (Amazon, TikTok, Facebook, email systems, etc.).
  • Provide proactive recommendations to improve website usability and sales performance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Expert-level Shopify knowledge (plugins, extensions, customization, integrations).
  • Proven experience in A/B testing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and web analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and ability to implement content for maximum visibility.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce website management (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong technical and analytical skills; comfortable with performance metrics and data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and implement proactive improvements.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce integrations across multiple platforms.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment & Culture

  • Remote-first role with a preference for Philippine-based candidates (Manila/Tacloban).
  • Work primarily in PH hours with flexibility to attend weekly U.S. team calls (Mondays 9 AM & 10 AM MT).
  • Team meetup planned for Manila - October.
