Job Description

• Own the P&L: Analyze pricing, assortment, fulfillment, and marketing inputs to identify revenue opportunities and cost-saving levers—driving order growth while improving program-level profitability.
• Lead Strategic Growth: Translate performance data into actionable strategies by analyzing sales trends, category performance, and buyer behavior to unlock new growth opportunities.
• Own Performance Tracking: Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets dashboards and models to forecast results, track progress, and measure the impact of initiatives across key metrics like orders, revenue, and profitability.
• Drive Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, and Regional teams to implement high-impact initiatives and solve real-time business issues from idea to execution.
• Report & Influence: Deliver clear business reviews and strategic insights that support decision-making and shape program direction.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in business analytics, consulting, category management, finance, or e-commerce strategy (2+ years preferred).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills—can build models, automate workflows, and conduct data analyses on large datasets.
• Proven track record of leading projects that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with sound business judgment.
• Effective communicator and collaborator—comfortable working across teams and with leadership.
• Self-starter with high ownership, attention to detail, and drive to improve.
