- Responsible for the proper testing of in-process materials (Raw Materials from Weigh Feeder, KF, Clinker, Hot meal, and Coal as Fired) cement mill run samples, and cement from Bulk Silos and Cement Silos.
- Performs raw-mix calculation, and uses QCX within the predefined quality targets and ranges to obtain a finished product that meets specifications.
- Assess the impact of raw-mix variations on process and product uniformity.
- Applies standard operating procedures under documented procedures and authoritative references.
- Oversees adequacy of testing and activities of laboratory personnel assigned in his/her shift (Fineness, Blaine, LOI, and Moisture).
- Provide relevant and factual information to the appropriate department and ensure smooth hand-overs to the following shift.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Bulacan (board and lodging provided by the company)
