The Controllership team is a key part of the broader Vista Finance organization and is responsible for the global accounting operations, accuracy of periodic financial results, financial policy, compliance, and control for all of Vista. This position forms part of the Accounts payable function within the Controllership whose focus is to provide procure-to-pay and related services to the global regional teams.

We are looking for a dynamic team player who is eager to learn the ins and outs of the procure-to-pay function and to help the team to drive excellency in their service provided.

What You Will Do

• Receive, evaluate and distribute invoices for processing
• Ensure completeness and correctness of invoice details and compliance with tax laws of various jurisdictions (e.g. VAT, GST etc.)
• Process invoices in integrated ERP system timely & accurately following internal policies and procedures
• Sort, review, match, and process invoices due for payment
• Obtain and control completeness of necessary documents for Invoice Processing
• Maintain an online filing system for all Accounts Payable related documents
• Respond to vendor inquiries and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure any discrepancies are resolved and invoices are paid within the agreed payment terms
• Review and process employee reimbursement expenses
• Participate in Systems and Process Improvement and Change Management Projects as required
• Support Accounts Payable Operational initiatives
• Maintain up to date Standard Operating Procedures and other process documents
• Perform month-end close and account reconciliation activities
• Prepare Accounts Payable information for internal use and external auditors as requested
• Perform ad-hoc duties or reporting as required
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Graduate in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent)
• Preferably at least 1-year experience in Accounts Payable function
• Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
• Ability to work under pressure and plan / prioritize workload
• Intermediate/high level of English (spoken and written)
• Experience with SAP or other major ERP system is a plus
• Ability to work shift hours / working hours adapted to other time zones
