- Billing Process, Review, and Analysis
- Process billing to clients/vendors
- Review documents and billing statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and company policies
- Identifying and Resolving Discrepancies
- Detect billing errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues
- Process Improvement
- Analyze billing processes
- Identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Communication with Customers and Stakeholders
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Resolve billing issues, respond to inquiries, and provide necessary information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve billing issues
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 23 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance (preferably with experience in logistics)
