Services Operations Specialist - Order Management and RMA

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As Services Operations Specialist with Insight, you will hold a position Enter, track, and manage client orders with accuracy, ensuring compliance with SLAs and client-specific requirements, initiate and process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for damaged or unused products, coordinating with vendors for timely resolutions, investigate order discrepancies including missing, delayed, or damaged items, and proactively manage receipt dates and communicate directly with clients via phone and email to provide updates, confirm details, and resolve order-related issues.

As Services Operations Specialist, You Will Get To

• Manage client orders, returns (RMAs), and discrepancies with accuracy, ensuring SLA compliance and timely issue resolution through vendor and team coordination.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve order-related issues, and deliver professional customer support.
• Maintain accurate internal records, monitor shared inboxes, and offer guidance on order processes, shipping, and product returns.

We Are Looking For Services Operations Specialist With

• Any degree is fine
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in order management
• Good English communication skill both written and verbal
• Experience with SAP is preferred but not required
• Willing to work in Night Shift and Mid-Shift
