Your Role And Responsibilities
- An Application Developer with expertise in ServiceNow specializes in providing development and maintenance support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.
- They possess knowledge in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages, such as JavaScript.
- This individual is also proficient in using ServiceNow's low-code/no-code platform, the NOW platform, and can design and develop customized reports by applying code-level changes in the ServiceNow environment.
- They can implement different ServiceNow modules and customize them as needed.
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules.
- Proficient in using testing tools.
- Solid understanding of ITSM or any other modules.
- Skilled in defect tracking and reporting using JIRA or other tools.
- Ability to create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration practices.
