What you will do:
Provides very basic support of installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment to clients or project sites.
How will you do it:
1. Chiller Operatorship:
Ensures on time opening and closing of chillers as per schedule.
Monitors chillers for water level and temperature.
Inspects, monitors and documents plant equipment and its function on an hourly or daily basis
Performs preventive maintenance of chillers in coordination with Project Engineer.
Diagnoses problems and coordinates Project Engineer
Completes all service reports and log sheets on a daily basis or as per schedule. Makes oral and written reports to be submitted to client on a daily basis. Maintains work area, equipment and chiller plant room in a neat and orderly condition
Reports all chiller concerns to the client and Project Engineer.
Will be assigned to provincial projects to operate newly installed chillers. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time in relation to the job summary
2. Chiller Technician:
Performs preventive maintenance, check-up and repairs of chiller units
Makes the necessary repairs and gives recommendation for damaged or malfunctioning chiller units
Prepares daily service reports.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time in relation to the job summary
What we look for:
Must be a graduate of Refrigeration and Aircon Servicing Certification (DomRAC II)
Has at least 3-5 year related work experience in chiller operatorship and troubleshooting
Preferably, experienced in leading a team of technicians
High preference to candidates who has experience on centralize chillers
Open for candidates with VRV/VRF and AHU experience
