Support to Technical Training Department:
- Assist in the preparation and setup of training materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant support
- Help maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and feedback documentation
- Support trainers in conducting hands-on sessions and troubleshooting training equipment
- Create a monitoring and report on overall training status of the entire dealer network
- Assist in logging, tracking, and responding to technical assistance request form from the dealers.
- Help prepare technical service reports, bulletins, technical documentations for Chery Philippines and Chery International.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of Technical issues.
- Support the team in organizing spare parts, tools, and documentation for service activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for both departments
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Perform other tasks as asssigned by the immediate superior
- A college graduate of 4 year course, preferrably with a degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Board Passer/Registered Engineer
- Able to perform multi-tasking
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
- Good in analytical and organizational skills
- Able to to work independently with minimal supervision
- An individual with an ability to work in different departmental set-up
- Have an ability to build relationships with manufacturers and customers
- Automotive industry experience is essential for this position.

- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
