Responsibilities
- Resolution of customers' technical problems over the phone and proper endorsement of the service to the concerned Service Center or other departments in ICS.
- Updates the Autotask accurately, daily, and regularly detailing specifics of his assignments and other pertinent reports as may be required.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- Timely and accurate feedback to customers.
- Escalates concerns and issues as necessary to the Service Center Manager and client.
- Graduate of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in Computer Hardware Maintenance and basic network troubleshooting.
- Has the ability to maintain a strong and positive customer service attitude and execute techniques to deliver high-quality service in meeting customer needs.
- Has the ability to communicate effectively over the telephone by using appropriate etiquette, courtesy, and voice dynamics
- Understanding the features, advantages, benefits, and limitations of given products and services.
