What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- Demonstrated proficiency in IT.
- Familiarity with ticketing or service management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira).
- Proven experience in a service coordination, helpdesk, or operations support role.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process compliance and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards.
- Proven track record in the delivery of high quality customer service
- Understanding of printing systems
- Previous experience working with printing devices and/or device knowledge
- Familiarity with ITIL standards a plus
- Experience using ServiceNow platform
- Receive, log, and manage service requests through the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, etc.).
- Serve as a central point of communication between customers and internal service teams.
- Ensure all tickets are accurately categorized, prioritized, and assigned in accordance with SLA guidelines.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate potential problem areas to management.
- Monitor ticket progress and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and update process documentation related to service intake and delivery.
