About the role
This full-time Service Associate role at CreditSource Lending Corporation in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As an integral part of our Client Services team, you will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of our lending products and services.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a friendly, professional manner
• Assisting clients with loan applications, account management, and problem resolution
• Providing accurate information about our lending products, terms, and processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective client support
• Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions
• Identifying opportunities to improve client experience and suggesting process enhancements

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a helpful and empathetic manner
• Proficiency in using relevant software (MS Office, Facebook, Canva)
• Pleasing Personality
