Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist & Web Developer who thrives at the intersection of data, design, and digital growth. This hybrid role demands a curious mind and a sharp skill set across SEO, web performance, and front-end functionality. You’ll work closely with our internal marketing team to refine and execute the client companies SEO and digital growth strategy, while also managing and enhancing key digital content areas. You will also collaborate with our client companies IT professionals to improve front-end coding and design for the client's customized Client Portal, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Your Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement SEO strategies using SEMrush and related tools
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
• Optimize site structure, metadata, content, and internal linking
• Monitor performance metrics via Google Analytics and Search Console
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and SEO trends to maintain a competitive

Technical & Web Development

• Manage and maintain the GML website, ensuring performance, security, and

• Customize and optimize WordPress and/or other CMS platforms
• Code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Use CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind to support clean, scalable
  
  

design

• Ensure responsive, mobile-first design and browser compatibility
• Troubleshoot bugs and optimize speed and user experience
  
  

UX Collaboration & Portal Development

• Work closely with our IT team to enhance the Customized Client Portal
• Contribute front-end coding for improved UX, visual design, and interactive elements
• Identify and implement UI improvements for efficiency and engagement
  
  

Content & Resource Hub Management

• Upload and publish blogs, articles, and digital content
• Manage and regularly update our clients Broker & Lender Resource Hub
• Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and current offerings
• Collaborate across teams to keep branded and technical content accurate and
