Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords for our business.
• Optimize website content and landing pages for maximum SEO impact.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce optimized content.
  
  

Technical SEO

• Work closely with web developers to ensure best SEO practices are implemented across the site.
• Conduct regular technical audits to resolve issues related to crawlability, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and more.
  
  

Link Building & Content Promotion

• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to boost domain authority.
• Partner with content creators to integrate SEO best practices into content creation and promotion.
  
  

Performance Analysis

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g. SEMrush, Screamingfrog) to monitor SEO performance.
• Provide detailed reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  
  

Continued Learning

• Stay ahead of the curve with updates on search algorithms and SEO strategies.
• Explore new tools and platforms to enhance the performance of our clients' websites.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, covering on-page, off-page, technical optimization, and social platform SEO.
• Experience with complex content management systems; familiarity with Squarespace and WordPress is a plus.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Google Analytics for SEO purposes.
• Awareness of how generative AI can assist in content development and optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and accountable work ethic.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and juggle multiple projects at once.
• A self-starter with a collaborative spirit, eager to drive results.
