Optimizing Every Step: Your Role in Driving Results
SEO Activities
- Manage technical SEO audits, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and update SEO plans, executing SEO activities including:
- Technical, on-page, and off-page SEO updates, such as populating metadata, indexing, and implementing audit recommendations to improve search rankings, website performance, and user experience.
- Implement minor security updates that impact website performance and SEO.
- Conduct local and outreach SEO activities.
- Manage and optimize citations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings.
- Analyze SEO performance and provide recommendations as part of monthly retainer activities or for reports, using analytics and reporting tools.
- Support content planning, including:
- Creating content plans for blogs or new web pages as required.
- Performing keyword research and analysis.
- Developing content briefs for copywriting.
Brand Management
- Ensure all digital activities consistently align with the brand across all touchpoints.
Compliance
- Stay updated on healthcare compliance and regulations, specifically AHPRA and TGA.
Reporting
- Create reporting dashboards and set up automated monthly reports for clients using tools such as Metrics Watch, GA4, and GTM.
- Provide regular 90-day performance reports for clients, including recommendations based on review and analysis.
- Maintain and troubleshoot any reporting issues.
Collaboration and Communication
- Build functional relationships and maintain effective communication with management, co-workers, stakeholders, and clients to fulfill responsibilities successfully.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance
- Adhere to Splice Marketing’s safety, health, environmental, and quality obligations as outlined in policies, manuals, procedures, and legislation.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement improvements in tasks and activities related to your role.
- Contribute to the ongoing review, development, and implementation of changes to improve Splice Marketing’s productivity and efficiency.
- Actively participate in team meetings to discuss and monitor workflows, deadlines, and deliverables.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in Digital Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, or website development.
- Proficiency in web tools, including Google Analytics, WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Business, and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices.
- Ability to follow internal processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and effectively manage conflicting priorities and deadlines, maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
