Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO and Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and engage customers on various social media platforms. You will be responsible for optimizing content, conducting keyword research, and managing social media accounts to enhance brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Optimization:

Conduct keyword research to identify SEO opportunities.

Optimize website content for improved search engine rankings (on-page and off-page).

Implement strategies to increase organic traffic and improve SERP (Search Engine Results Pages) rankings.

Monitor website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).

Ensure SEO best practices are applied to all digital content.

Social Media Strategy And Management

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance online presence and drive traffic.

Manage and create content for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Develop engaging posts, images, and videos that reflect the brand’s voice.

Monitor and engage with followers and customers on social media.

Analyze social media performance metrics and report on results.

Content Creation & Marketing

Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content (blogs, landing pages, videos, etc.).

Ensure social media content is optimized for SEO and aligned with marketing goals.

Analytics And Reporting

Track, analyze, and report on SEO and social media KPIs to measure effectiveness.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights to analyze performance.

Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist and Social Media Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.

Ability to create engaging and relevant content for a variety of platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly.

Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and social media scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a bonus.
